Dr. Maristany is a board-certified internal medicine physician and an Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner (IFMCP). Licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia, Dr. Maristany’s post-residency training includes functional and integrative medicine, advanced personalized genomic interpretation, and inflammatory diseases.
Mr. Mino has served as General Counsel of Applied Food Technologies (a testing laboratory), General Manager at Somahlution (a medical device company) and Corporate Counsel and VP, Business Development at Sancilio Pharmaceuticals (a pharmaceutical and dietary supplement company), performing on the executive leadership teams of each.
Gagan Babber has been with HealthLynked since its inception and currently serves as CTO. He has also co-founded two companies and served as a technical consultant to various startups around the world.
Michael T. Dent founded six companies, most notably NeoGenomics, Inc., HealthLynked Corporation, founded in 2016, and its subsidiaries MedOfficeDirect LLC and Naples Women's Center LLC, formed in 1991 and 1996, respectively. Dr. Dent is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of HealthLynked, as well as Corporate Manager of MedOfficeDirect LLC and Naples Women's Center LLC.
Pamela Hughes owns Hughes Functional Medicine Consulting, LLC. She also serves on the medical advisory board for HealthLynked, assisting in building a comprehensive platform to bring personalized medical care to patients and the future of medicine to physicians. Pamela currently provides private functional concierge medicine to select clients in northern Virginia. She is certified in the Bredesen Protocol, Bale Doneen Protocol, and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, and has expertise in genomics, chronic illness, and getting to the underlying etiology of health conditions. She works closely with IntellxxDNA to provide her patients with actionable genomic information.
Dr. Sharon Hausman-Cohen received both her master’s degree and medical degree from Harvard Medical School. She is board-certified in Family Medicine, a Fellow of the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine, and board-certified in Integrative Medicine through the American Board of Physician Specialties. She has been practicing Full Spectrum Family Medicine and Integrative Medicine for more than 20 years.
Arnold Pallay, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family physician and a nationally recognized healthcare leader. Dr. Pallay is the Founder and Medical Director of Changebridge Medical Associates and a member of Consensus Health in Montville, NJ, serving as a member of their Clinical Governance Board. He is the Medical Director of Partners In Care, a clinically integrated network of over 500 independent physicians in New Jersey. Dr. Pallay founded the Genomics Medicine program at Atlantic Health System, where he continues to serve as their Associate Medical Director. Dr. Pallay and his colleagues combine population analytics with genetics to offer specific insight into the management of large patient cohorts. Dr. Pallay is an appointed National Delegate to the American Academy of Family Physicians for the State of New Jersey, where he serves on its prestigious Commission on Education Board. Dr. Pallay is the Vice Chairman of the Montville Board of Health and has served as President of the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians, the Morris County Medical Society, and the New Jersey Association of Medical Specialty Societies. He has served on the Board of the Healthcare Quality Partners ACO and as the Medical Director at several area schools and senior care facilities. He is the New Jersey Medical Director for VaxCare, a Florida-based vaccine distribution purchase and bill platform designed for the modern medical practice.
Ryan Smith attended Transylvania University and graduated with a degree in Biochemistry. In that time, he had multiple research internships at the University of Kentucky and the University of Pennsylvania studying large scale protein synthesis and physical chemistry. After graduation, he attended medical school at the University of Kentucky for 2 years. After finishing all the educational curriculum and passing USMLE Step 1 he decided to leave and help open up a pharmacy in the United States that focused on peptide synthesis and formulations for pharmaceutical preparations. Since that time, Tailor Made Compounding has become the 4th fastest growing company in healthcare and 21st fastest growing business in the US. Tailor Made Compounding was the first pharmacy to offer an extensive list of peptides in the US and continues research and expansion for the use of these products for the integrative medicine space. Since then, Ryan has opened many businesses including TruDiagnostic, a company focusing on methylation array-based diagnostics for life extension and preventive healthcare.
Dr. Chadwick Prodromos is the Medical Director and CEO of The Prodromos Stem Cell Institute. He also serves as Medical Director of The FOREM —The Foundation for Orthopedics and Regenerative Medicine— supporting numerous ongoing prospective studies of the more than 4,000 biologic treatments he has performed with his research staff.
Dr. Larry Higgins is the Vice President of Strategic Development at Arthrex. He was once Head of Sports Medicine and basketball team physician during his tenure at Duke University from 1998 to 2005. While at Duke, he founded the Centers for Excellence in Surgical Outcomes at Duke University Medical Center, demonstrating his long-term interest in outcomes research. Dr. Higgins also was the Chief of the Brigham & Women’s Hospital Sports Medicine and Shoulder Service in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery in Boston, MA.
Dr. Randy Miller is a board-certified cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon practicing in Miami, Florida, USA. As one of the nation’s leading innovators in aesthetic surgery of the face, hand, breast, and body, as well as a pioneer of reconstructive surgery and stem cell procedures, Dr. Miller is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery.
As a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery, Dr. Robert Marx spent thirteen years as an active-duty officer in the United States Airforce and later served in Operation Desert Storm. He received the Meritorious Service Ribbon and the Legion of Merit Medal, among other military awards. He is known as the discoverer of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and in-situ tissue engineering, which positioned him as one of the world’s most prominent stem cell researchers and bone growth factor specialists. He pioneered other new concepts and treatments for pathologies of the oral and maxillofacial area, as well as new techniques in reconstructive surgery. His many prestigious awards include the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon’s Harry S Archer Award, the William J. Gies Award for Lifelong Contribution to Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the Paul Bert Pioneering Award in Hyperbaric Medicine, and the Donald B. Osbon Educator Award. He is also a two-time recipient of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Research Recognition Award, highlighting his many achievements in oral and maxillofacial surgery and medicine.
Marc Penn is the co-founder of Cleveland HeartLab, the Director of Research at Summa Cardiovascular Institute within the Summa Health in Akron, Ohio, and Professor of Medicine and Integrative Medical Sciences at the Skirball Laboratory of Cardiovascular Cellular Therapeutics at Northeast Ohio Medical University. Prior to this position, Dr. Penn spent 25 years at the Cleveland Clinic in the Heart and Vascular Institute and was the Director of the Bakken Heart-Brain Institute. Dr. Penn received both his medical and doctorate degrees from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and proceeded into residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. After this, he accepted a fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in the Department of Cardiology.
Bob Gold is one of the world’s leading behavioral technologists with more than 20 years applied research and development in the behavioral and cognitive science of human motivation, activation and resiliency; with a specialty in the design of clinical care plans and digital therapeutics that integrate pyscho-social factors and personal determinants into physical and behavioral care plans for chronic and complex population health management. Bob focuses his energy on recrafting clinical care plans and medication therapies into behaviorally-based remote care coordination, transitions of care, and rehabilitation/recovery digital therapy programs to achieve a sustainable population health business model for health systems, health plans, pharmaceutical companies and governments; reducing adverse events such as unnecessary ED visits and readmissions, collecting valuable ePROs (electronic patient-reported outcomes) and taking advantage of opportunities for CMS value-based and RPM (Remote Patient Monitoring) reimbursements associated with the implementation of these programs.
Dr. Mongelluzzo is a board-certified general internist with the American Board of Internal Medicine. He currently practices medicine in Waterbury, CT. Dr. Phil attended St. Peter’s University in Jersey City, New Jersey and medical school at Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. Dr. Phil has owned his own medical practice for the last 20 years and stresses the importance of “lifestyle” to his patients working with them to achieve the healthiest lifestyle possible. He has committed himself to preventive medicine and has an intense interest in preventing peripheral vascular or arterial disease (PAD). To this end, he developed the P4P protocol for early detection, treatment and reevaluation for PAD, helping many patients recognize the trending of a potential health problem before it arises.
